Innovative Pharmacy College provides hostel facilities in the college campus under the direct supervision of the warden. Well-maintained hostels for both boys and girls. The college offers food items including North, North East, and South dishes.

The Classrooms are spacious & well ventilated with modern infrastructure and also provided with sufficient number of technical AV aids

The Innovative college has also been established different laboratories that need to teach basic skills of the various procedures of clinical experience. All the laboratories are provided with an adequate number of equipment, instruments, and a sufficient number of teaching aids like LCD projector, Over Head projector, slide projector, CD player models, charts, and specimens as audio-visual teaching aids.

On October 7th, 2023, Innovative Group of Colleges, Greater Noida, hosted a Faculty Development Programme centered on "Impact of Research and Innovation in Sustainable Development of HEIs." The event featured Prof. Nishtha Jaiswal, Vice-Chancellor of Law University, Shimla, as the keynote speaker, who emphasized innovation's transformative role. Dr. J.K. Tripathi, Joint Secretary of UGC, served as the Chief Guest, sharing valuable insights, while Prof. Ravi Kant, Dean of Research and Development at M. University, Aligarh, discussed nurturing a research culture in higher education.

On September 16, 2024, an orientation program was organized at Innovative College of Pharmacy. The program’s chief guests were Chairman Dr. K.R. Sharma and Academic Director Dr. Titiksha Sharma. On this occasion, the Principal of Pharmacy, Dr. Amarjeet Singh, Principal of the Law Department, Dr. Mrityunjay Pandey, Principal of Education and Technology, Dr. Niti Sinha, Registrar Anjani Jha, along with all heads of departments and faculty members, were present. The program began with a Saraswati Vandana and the lighting of the ceremonial lamp. Chairman Dr. K.R. Sharma conveyed his best wishes to the newly admitted students, and Dr. Titiksha Sharma highlighted the importance of discipline and motivated all students to advance in life.

Innovative College of Pharmacy in Greater Noida celebrated World Pharmacist Day 2024 on September 25th, themed "Pharmacist Strengthening Health System (Angdaan Mahadan)." The event featured a colorful Rangoli competition and a plantation drive, emphasizing environmental awareness. Dr. Amarjeet Singh, Principal Innovative College of Pharmacy, delivered an inspiring speech highlighting the vital role of pharmacists in healthcare, followed by a lecture from Kunwar Srivastava, Senior HR Manager at ACPL Group of Companies, discussing the evolving role of pharmacists in the corporate sector. The day also included engaging competitions such as "Best Out of Waste," a Pharma Quiz, poster and oral presentations, fostering creativity, knowledge, and teamwork among the students, while reinforcing the importance of pharmacists in healthcare.
