Guets Lecture On Work Life Balance

The Department of Cultural Affairs at IIET College conducted an enriching Guest Lecture on 22 November 2025 in the IIET Seminar Hall, on the theme “Work-Life Balance, Time & Conflict Management.” The session was delivered by Mr. Satish Kumar Sharma, who shared valuable insights on maintaining a balanced lifestyle and managing daily challenges effectively. During the lecture, he explained practical methods for efficient time management, achieving harmony between academic and personal commitments, and handling conflicts with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
